Hi, I'm Elari. I graduated from college in the early eighties with a business degree and a minor in behavioral science from a Catholic university in Iowa. But, my spiritual education started when I was five. Even though I was immersed in one primary form of faith for that time, I always believed that all paths could ultimately lead to the center.

I always believed that everyone had a right to choose for themselves. I've also had strong faith in the immense potential and sanctity of the human spirit for as long as I can remember. I came in with that, and I've also known from my heart, that there was far more to life than what we could see, or what we were being told.

Some Twists And Turns ...

As a young adult, I was blessed with being a mom with a beautiful daughter, Dawn. I chose her name because, like the emerging morning sun, a daughter brings great light into your world. As she learned to walk and interact with the world, she'd take out her story books at night, while I was studying for the next test, or writing the next paper. I was going to college full-time, and I also worked full-time as a single mom. Let's just say that my plate was more than full!

So, being a mom, putting myself through school, paying rent, working, maintaining a household, and all that comes with juggling very limited resources at that time meant that I grew up quickly. And I learned a lot. Every moment was accounted for, and sometimes it felt really hard. I was also aware that being a single mom, in Iowa, in the 80s, while attending a Catholic University as a full-time student, while working a full-time job, and taking out student loans to pay for my education, was not your typical college experience.

I knew I was different and sometimes that felt really uncomfortable. But, I also had wonderful friends, and a strong desire to be a good role model for my daughter. I wanted to show her that she was special and could be or do anything. So, I learned to focus really well. I also stepped into the world of human doing.

I didn't know it at the time but ...

the idea that I needed to be perfect, the drive to constantly push and prove myself, so I wouldn’t drop anything "important", and feeling that I had to always be and do more — that would eventually lead to cycles of burnout and self-doubt, even as I created what many people would see as a successful executive career. As I advanced in my career, it didn't matter how much I achieved.

Something important was missing.

We all get wake-up calls at various points in our lives. These moments are designed to get our attention, so we question the status quo.

How do your soul-nudges show up for you?

Before starting my coaching and mentoring business in 2003, I had experienced more than a few spiritual “wake-up calls”. But, except for a few of my closest friends, I was keeping my "woo-woo" or mystical experiences to myself. I was in executive leadership positions for large companies and was a Corporate Starseed for over 20 years with a long stretch of annual promotions.

The psychic experiences and memories I was having didn't fit into that world. I lived in the world of technology, consulting, retail, and publishing, learning everything I could, and I didn't want to be seen as weird either. Maybe you can relate to this too?

Despite all the outward “successes”, despite working hard, and doing all the stuff I thought I was supposed to do — I still didn’t feel fulfilled. I was exhausted. And I had this nagging feeling that I was missing something important. This void kept getting louder. I was being called toward something too, something that would be far more fulfilling ... but what?

My Big Spiritual Wake-Up Call

One of my big spiritual wake-up calls came in early 2003. By then, I'd lived in many places, received ever-bigger titles, went where I was needed, celebrated my daughter’s birthdays, visited family over holidays, got married, divorced, and made some really amazing friends. At this point, my daughter had recently graduated from college, and I was living in Virginia Beach. It’s a place I chose to live, because I was starting to see that there was far more to life than what I had been allowing myself to experience.

A Big Twist

Then one spring night, I woke up from a sound sleep with a very abrupt zap to the left side of my neck. I bolted upright as I felt this intense surge of electricity moving through my body. And then ... there at the foot of my bed ... stood a Native American man in native dress.

Despite the startling jolt to wake up, despite all the soul-nudges ... I didn’t believe what I was seeing. My rational mind searched for a quick, logical answer. I must be dreaming, I thought. So, I looked straight into the eyes of my visitor and said; “you’re not real”.

Reality got a lot bigger!

Something I Couldn't Explain Happened ...

My wise visitor smiled knowingly and replied; “Yes, I am”. As I went back to sleep, the last thing I remember thinking was “if you’re real, then prove it”. I got the distinct impression that he was smiling at me as I drifted back to sleep.

The next morning when I woke up, I found a beautiful white feather on my left shoulder.

I didn’t know what that meant at the time, other than something really strange and special had just happened. I searched for logical answers, but found no explanation. I had no birds in the house, no feather comforters or pillows. The windows were not open, and no one else was in the house. What might be obvious to you, took me some time to realize. I had just been given an official wake-up call.

So many wonderful experiences have happened since then; many that are not explainable, if we just see life through our five physical senses. I do know with certainty — that there is a reality much wider, and far more vast than the physical reality that we look at every day.

There is way of living that feels miraculous.

It's what ancient and modern day mystics write about. I have experienced it, so have my clients. And it is available to all of us when we let ourselves explore and discover a reality that goes beyond our physical senses.

We can live with a purpose that is grounded in our own guidance system, our own truths and desires ... beyond our conditioning and this is what you, we are called to embrace.

How else can we be a fully-realized Self, if we don't learn how to release the "have tos", "shoulds", and limited ideas we hold about ourselves?

Where you stand is sacred soil because you're standing upon it!

My Guides once told me, that where we stand is sacred soil because we are standing upon it. We are each divine, unique and precious, and interconnected in ways that we cannot even imagine ... from a purely “physical perspective.”

There is a beautiful dance that we are part of. And your sacred call is part of that dance!

I feel blessed to have experienced such a wide variety of beauty and diversity in my life experiences. And to be honest, some of it didn’t feel very good as I was growing through it. But I am grateful for all of it!

Since my official wake-up call, I have written volumes, channeling the answers to life’s questions, coaching, mentoring, and leading soul-self-leadershp mastery and living-on-purpose programs. And I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and hours on my own education, opening myself up to new, expanded life experiences so I can live from my potential and be the best Integrated Potential Advisor I can be for you and other conscious leaders and corporate starseeds like you.

As you see, I have long since "come out of the closet" and freely talk about my spirit guides and other interesting experiences with great love and gratitude, even though I know they may feel strange to some people. There are many paths, and I am here to normalize what should be very apparent by now ... that there is so much more to YOU than could ever be understood or shared if you try to limit yourself to what has already been created, or what is considered to be the "right or only way."

Which is why I am sharing what I experience. There are many events right now that could have us believe that there’s a lot “wrong with the world”. But this is simply not true. There is a higher purpose and a divine order in all we experience, both the wanted, and what seems to be unwanted.

You and I are miracles, and it is an honor and a privilege to be here!

My Guide, who woke me up all those years ago, is still with me, and he also gave me my name, Onawa. He is a member of my Spiritual Council, whom I’ve affectionately called, “The Council of 8”. Although, there aren’t always eight in attendance, sometimes more, sometimes fewer. They come and go as needed.

It was my Native Guide, my friend from ages past, White Eagle, who showed me The Sacred Wisdom Tree. This is one of the many ways I tap into deeper answers, so I can share what I’ve learned with others, who are also playing in the sandbox of time and space.

So many wonders are there, awaiting the telling of their treasures … to assist us in understanding who we truly are, and to connect us to the sacred in the everyday, to find a more beautiful way to live, work and play! I have seen volumes there, and what is needed and wanted will be shared.

I am excited to see what will unfold, and I am so happy that you have decided to meet me on this adventure!
